THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for driven, highly analytical individuals who want to have a career in digital advertising to join our fast-growing team and work in a flexible and high-paced environment.
As a Meta Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns, developing high-converting landing pages in Go High Level (GHL), creating engaging ad creatives, and delivering comprehensive performance reports.
You will be familiar with the following tech stack:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Go High Level (GHL)
- Video editing software (Capcut, Premiere, or similar)
- Design tools (Photoshop/Canva)
- Google Tag Manager
- CRM systems
- A/B testing platforms
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns across multiple accounts
- Building and optimizing landing pages in Go High Level (GHL)
- Creating and managing customer journeys in GHL
- Developing creative assets for advertising campaigns, including video content
- Implementing conversion tracking and analyzing campaign performance
- Creating comprehensive performance reports and insights
- Setting up and managing A/B tests for ads and landing pages
- Monitoring and optimizing campaign budgets and ROAS
- Creating and implementing audience targeting strategies
- Managing the technical setup of pixel implementations
- Coordinating with team members on creative and technical requirements
- Staying current with Meta advertising best practices and updates
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 2+ years experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
- Experience with Go High Level (GHL) platform
- Proven track record of achieving ROAS targets
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization
- Experience with conversion tracking and attribution
- Proficiency in creative design tools
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Video editing skills (Capcut, Premiere, or similar)
- Experience with marketing automation in GHL
- Experience with funnel building
- Portfolio of successful landing pages
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for custom landing page modifications
- Experience with conversion tracking implementation
- Understanding of customer journey optimization
