The Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead Generation Strategist to lead and execute impactful marketing strategies that fuel our sales pipeline. You’ll drive lead generation, optimize multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate across departments to ensure we engage the right audiences. This remote role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, goal-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies for the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, content, PPC, SEO, social media) to drive engagement.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build workflows that guide prospects through the funnel, boosting conversions.
  • Tool/App Utilization: Use AI-driven tools and outreach platforms to streamline lead generation and maximize efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to track KPIs and optimize performance.
  • Sales Alignment: Partner with Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and improve lead quality.
  • CRM Management: Keep detailed records of interactions and campaign outcomes for reporting.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of marketing trends and adapt lead generation tactics as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in marketing or lead generation, with 2+ years of experience (B2B or agency preferred).
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing tools (CRM, automation, PPC, SEO, social media).
  • Proficiency with AI-driven lead generation tools and marketing automation systems.
  • Experience managing leads across multiple channels (social media, SEO, email marketing, PPC).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven optimization.
  • Self-motivated, able to handle multiple projects, and results-oriented.
  • Fluent in English.
