The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Support short-term and long-term campaign planning. You will work with the founders to determine marketing campaigns, and help inform and refine marketing strategies with market research and competitor analysis.
- Bring marketing campaigns to life: You will focus on implementing marketing strategies, both online and offline, including thought-leadership, email marketing, social media, and paid ad channels.
- Create and manage content production: In order to bring campaigns to life, you will leverage the founders to create engaging content for various platforms.
- Support marketing events and promotions: As needed, you will coordinate logistics for marketing events, webinars, and promotions, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets the desired objectives.
- Manage administrative marketing tasks: Handle routine administrative duties for the early-stage company, such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining documentation, to ensure smooth daily operations.
What Success Looks Like in 90 Days:
- You have worked with the founders to determine a list of marketing priorities and created plans for coordinating the implementation of the top 1-3.
- You have provided weekly reports about the progress of campaigns, including options for resolving immediate blockers and challenges.
- You have established consistent and predictable communication with the founders.

- You solve problems when possible and present options for solutions when escalation is required.
- You communicate early and often–and always say the hard things.
- You’re hungry to learn and passionate about marketing
- Familiar with Discord, Microsoft (Outlook), Notion, and Loom
