#### Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist & Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns and email marketing strategies to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.

#### Key Responsibilities:
– **Marketing Automation:**
– Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows and campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
– Develop lead scoring and nurturing programs to improve conversion rates.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
– Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling and personalized content for automated campaigns.
– Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation systems with CRM and other marketing tools.

– **Email Marketing:**
– Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, and promotional offers.
– Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences to deliver targeted and relevant content.
– Conduct A/B testing to continually improve email performance and engagement metrics.
– Manage email deliverability, ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
– Analyze email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide detailed reports on campaign performance.

– **General:**
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and email marketing.
– Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
– Provide training and support to team members on marketing automation tools and techniques.
– Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.

#### Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
– Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing automation and email marketing.
– Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
– Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, Constant Contact).
– Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM).
– Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
– Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
– Certification in marketing automation or email marketing is desirable.
