Junior Social Media Manager
The Junior Social Media Manager will implement social media strategy, content creation, and handle day-to-day operations and community management for our active social clients. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, they will play an important role in our audience development and engagement.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conducts daily community monitoring and active social listening of client social channel communications, with emphasis on replies & comments
- Creating high-quality graphics and videos for social media clients.
- Monitor all channels and respond to consumers in a timely manner across DM’s, hashtags, UGC, messages, and comments
- Proactively engage highly engaged customers
- Ensure engagement on different platforms through maintenance of scheduled content
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in Social Media Management
Key Skill Sets:
- Proficiency with All Social Media Channels, Google Workspace, Gmail, Dropbox, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, and InShot
