We are seeking a Client Content Strategist to join our team at EyeCarePro. As a Client Content Strategist, you will be integral in shaping content strategies and facilitating smooth client onboarding processes. Your responsibilities will include creating documentation, collaborating with clients to develop content strategies, analyzing meeting transcripts, gathering data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed internal documentation outlining website construction based on client requirements.
  • Engage directly with clients to gather essential information and craft tailored content strategies.
  • Transcribe meetings and analyze discussions to ensure a thorough understanding and documentation of client needs.
  • Gather data through site scraping techniques to enrich documentation and enhance website content.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution aligns with timelines and quality standards.
  • Develop clear instructional content within documentation to guide the website construction process.
  • Participate in client meetings to identify key elements for developing internal guidelines and project requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in a junior-level writing role within digital marketing or e-learning preferred.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in transcription tools, GSuite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with SEO optimization and conducting keyword research.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
  • Knowledge of the eye care industry and industry trends preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism.

Level Of Experience: Intermediate – 3 – 5 years of experience

Location and Schedule: This is a full-time, remote position with hours from 9-5 EST, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
