• Proven experience in appointment setting or inside sales especially in Solar.
• Exceptional communication skills—you speak and write in 100% American English, with clarity and confidence.
• A positive, can-do attitude that shines through in every interaction.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented—you don’t need to be micromanaged; you are committed to hitting your targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills—you think on your feet and can handle objections with ease.
• Tech-savvy—you’re comfortable with CRM systems, dialers, and virtual collaboration tools.
