We are currently seeking a highly motivated General Sales Agent to join our team. As a General Sales Agent, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Promote our products and services to clients and provide them with information about our offerings.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote our products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to work from our office in Cape Town, South Africa. Remote working is not available.
