Position Overview:

Are you a creative and skilled web designer and developer with a passion for building visually stunning and highly functional websites? Do you have hands-on experience with Wix and WordPress, and a solid understanding of CRM and digital marketing? If so, we want you to be part of our dynamic freelance team! This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with a vibrant team on diverse and impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Design & Development: Create and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites using Wix and WordPress. Ensure that websites are responsive, optimized for performance, and align with clients’ brand identities and objectives.
• Custom Solutions: Develop custom functionalities and integrations as needed, leveraging your knowledge of Wix and WordPress to meet specific client requirements.
• Digital Marketing Integration: Implement digital marketing best practices, including SEO, analytics, and social media integrations, to enhance website performance and visibility.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and project managers to understand their needs, provide expert recommendations, and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
• CRM Integration: Integrate CRM systems with websites to streamline client management and improve overall user experience.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Address and resolve any technical issues or bugs that arise, ensuring websites are fully functional and performing optimally.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in web design and development with a strong portfolio showcasing work on Wix and WordPress platforms.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Experience with website optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and social media, and how they apply to web development.
• CRM Familiarity: Experience integrating CRM systems with websites to enhance client management and marketing efforts.
• Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, visually appealing work.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members, providing clear updates and feedback.
