About the Role
We’re looking for a polished, professional, and results-driven Founder Success Manager to join our client’s remote team.
This high-touch, relationship-focused role involves working closely with VIP founders, coaching them on audience growth, personal brand building, and revenue generation using our client’s proven systems.
If you are strategic, articulate, and capable of engaging high-level business leaders, this is an incredible opportunity to work directly with ambitious founders, helping them unlock breakthrough growth within their first 90 days.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Founder Success
- Host up to 25 one-on-one coaching calls per week to guide founders on their growth strategies.
- Provide strategic advice and hold founders accountable for key business milestones.
- Help founders generate over $20,000 in monthly revenue within their first 90 days.
Community Engagement & Relationship Building
- Work closely with VIP founders, ensuring they receive world-class support and guidance.
- Maintain a strong presence within the community, celebrating wins and encouraging collaboration.
- Ensure high levels of engagement and activity within the platform.
Tracking Success & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report key success metrics, including client case studies, TrustPilot reviews, and success stories.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize onboarding, support systems, and coaching frameworks.
Requirements
- University-level education is required (Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Client Success, Account Management, Coaching, or a similar results-driven role.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and impress high-profile founders and business leaders.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes for clients, ideally within a startup, agency, or entrepreneurial environment.
- A professional and well-presented approach—this role involves working with experienced, high-level founders who expect a certain level of business savvy and polish.
- Familiarity with online businesses, digital marketing, or running an online brand is a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely, with some overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
