Job Title: Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator
Salary: Basic R25,000pm
Working Hours: UK 8am – 4pm
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to support a growing UK-based recruitment business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing executive support with marketing responsibilities. You will play a key role in streamlining operationsAppointment Setter, managing marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth administrative processes, enabling leadership to focus on business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Assistance: Manage emails, book meetings, handle expenses, and oversee daily administrative tasks.
- Marketing Coordination: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media content.
- Podcast & Event Support: Assist with podcast editing, event planning, and follow-ups.
- Content Creation: Format and send CVs, chase client responses, and support brand-building efforts.
- CRM & Database Management: Maintain and update records to ensure smooth workflow and organisation.
- Process Optimisation: Use technology and automation tools to improve administrative efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in an executive assistant, marketing, or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Experience with email management, scheduling tools, and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, and marketing automation tools (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop.
