Job Description: Dynamic Executive Assistant
Location: Remote (South Africa)
Salary: R30,000 per month
Working Hours: UK Business Hours, Monday – Friday
Start Date: December 2024 / January 2025

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our leadership team, helping drive efficiency and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on managing complex schedules, streamlining processes, and contributing to a fast-paced, remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for the executive team, ensuring priorities are met and schedules run seamlessly.
- Administrative Excellence: Handle correspondence, document preparation, and maintain confidential records.
- Project Coordination: Support key projects by tracking deliverables, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient systems for workflow, communication, and task management.
- Strategic Assistance: Act as a sounding board for the leadership team, contributing ideas and providing insights to aid decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years in an executive assistant or similar role, with a track record of working in high-performing environments.
- Outstanding Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational Mastery: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, or similar).
- Self-Starter: Motivated, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
