About the role
In this role you will be responsible for the growth of our organic and paid acquisition channels. You will develop and implement SEO strategies across our website, blog, and YouTube channel, measure their effectiveness, and iterate to improve performance. You will liaise with our performance marketing agency to ensure that we are maximising ROI from paid search. You will manage and monitor our social media channels and assist your peers on the Marketing team with larger marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and tools, as well as experience with analytics and data-driven decision making. Finally, you should be very curious and proactive in your adoption and use of AI, and you are expected to follow the AI developments in Marketing and how they could possibly be implemented in the business.
Responsibilities:
- Research and implement SEO strategies on the website, blog and YouTube channel to improve our search rankings and attract more organic traffic
- Design, manage, and optimise advertising campaigns across paid media channels (Paid Social, Display, YouTube, Reddit etc.)
- Manage the company’s organic social media channels, including Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, and YouTube
- Work with our performance marketing agency to ensure maximising ROI from paid search.
- Collaborate with internal teams to research and build search-optimised website and landing pages e.g. ‘UX for [Industry]’ pages on the website
- Analyse and report on all projects providing actionable insights
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, particularly in AI
- Manage multiple projects at once and prioritise them based on the needs of the business
About you:
- 4-5 years experience in a Digital Marketing role
- Knowledge and experience in SEO research and implementation
- Well-versed in each of the major digital ad platforms and how to optimise performance on them
- Passionate about SEO and performance marketing
- Strong understanding of key data platforms – e.g. Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Team player who collaborates well with others
- Results-driven with a clear understanding of what ‘successful’ digital marketing looks like
- Comfortable gathering and interpreting marketing analytics, you understand the difference between data and meaningful data

- Step two: Interview with the hiring manager and 1 -2 team members – 40 to 60 mins
