Role Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Creator to help grow Hanso’s client portfolio and ensure effective, high-quality content across all digital channels. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and digital marketing expertise to execute campaigns, create engaging content, and grow clients’ online presence.

You will work closely with our web developmentsales, and project management teams to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with client objectives. Your primary goal will be to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies for our clients, with a strong focus on content creation, social media management, email marketing, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for clients, focusing on SEO, social media, email marketing, paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and other relevant channels.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and create tailored marketing plans that drive growth and increase brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and content creation.
  • Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Content Creation:
  • Create engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and web content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Design and develop eye-catching graphicsvideos, and visual content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Work with the web development team to optimize content for SEO and user experience, ensuring that all digital content aligns with the clients’ brand voice and objectives.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage clients’ social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and growing their online communities.
  • Create social media calendars and manage content pipelines to ensure consistency and timeliness of posts.
  • Analyze social media metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • SEO & Analytics:
  • Collaborate with the web team to implement SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and content updates.
  • Monitor and track website performance using tools like Google AnalyticsGoogle Search Console, and social media insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Create and send email marketing campaigns to engage with subscribers, nurture leads, and convert them into paying customers.
  • Design email templates, write compelling copy, and analyze open and click-through rates to improve future campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Client Management:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and target audience, ensuring that digital marketing strategies are aligned with their objectives.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on campaign performance and suggest actionable insights for improving results.
  • Assist in the creation of client reports that demonstrate ROI and campaign success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise:
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media management, email marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, and experience optimizing content for both search engines and user experience.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like MailchimpHubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Content Creation & Design:
  • Strong creative skills in content creation, including social media graphics, blog writing, video production, and more.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or other graphic design tools like Canva.
  • Ability to create visually appealing, engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • SEO & Analytical Skills:
  • Basic to advanced knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on data.
  • Strong attention to detail when optimizing content for SEO and conversions.
  • Project Management & Teamwork:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate with the internal team and clients, providing regular updates and delivering projects on time.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability & Learning:
  • A proactive learner who is excited about staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and content creation techniques.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges, learn new tools, and adapt quickly to new client requirements.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, but Nice to Have):

  • Video editing skills and experience creating video content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Experience with Google AdsFacebook Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools like SEMrushAhrefs, or Moz.
  • Experience working in an agency or with a variety of clients across industries.
