Job Description:

Referrizer Agency is seeking enthusiastic and professional SDR’s and Sales People to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our growth by reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master in scheduling demos, follow up and closing
  • Conduct outbound calls and digital communications to generate leads.
  • Manage outbound email campaign
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client details.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies. To be removed
  • Follow up on cold email responses and engage in email correspondence to nurture leads.
  • Initiate outbound cold calls to targeted leads using a script or talking points.
  • Effectively communicate the agency’s value proposition and services over the phone.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
  • Use of tools like Linkedin, Lemlist, ViciDial, etc.

LinkedIn Prospecting:

  • Build and maintain a professional LinkedIn profile.
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers or key personnel in target businesses.
  • Engage with prospects through meaningful messages, comments, and content sharing.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to identify potential leads.

Qualifications:

  • Three years of sales and appointment-setting experience, along with basic knowledge of Facebook marketing/PPC marketing, is a MUST.”
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a flair for persuasive conversation.
  • Organized and disciplined approach to remote work.
  • Excellent English Skills
  • Ability to work from remotely in period of 9am EST till 6pm PST (8 hours shift)
