  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring no detail is overlooked
  • Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience from start to finish

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease
  • Must have a personally-owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or its equivalent)
  • A minimum internet speed of 15mbps for both upload and download
