The Role
As the Customer Success Executive, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading customer engagement across three product lines (including one new done-for-you product).
- Delivering exceptional customer communication regarding questions, queries, issues, and concerns.
- Effectively triaging subject matter and, on rare occasions, other complex queries to the founder.
- Leading various customer-facing communications across the company, including but not limited to onboarding, emails, calls, and community engagement.
- Having a voice in process evolution by providing on-the-ground insights into how the CS function can improve.
- Work with the founder to build a reporting framework that captures key metrics in CS success and highlights areas for focus.
- As the person embeds into the organisation the scope can evolve to include team management and other aspects of customer success.
