Role: US Finance Customer Service (USA)

Location: Remote

US hours: 3pm-11pm CAT

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with USA finance industry experience to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

-providing excellent customer support

-addressing inquiries

-resolving issues

-ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess:

-US mortgage or loan company experience

-strong communication skills

-a positive attitude

-the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

-answering phone calls

-responding to emails

-processing orders

-troubleshooting customer problems

You must be willing to work the US based working hours (3pm-11pm CAT)

Experience in US banking industry is essential to apply.
