Full job description
We’re looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist based in South Africa to join a UK-based business remotely.
This is a full-time role focused on sales admin, customer service, and order processing, ensuring seamless communication with suppliers and customers. The role requires working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm GMT(including daylight saving adjustments).
Responsibilities
- Processing orders and managing purchase orders (training provided)
- Updating order statuses and handling customer inquiries (quotes, lead times, etc.)
- Managing inbound and outbound calls using RingCentral (softphone application)
- Registering new customers and updating internal systems
- Following up with suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in customer service, sales support, or admin
- Experience working with UK clients (call centres, sales support, or direct client interaction)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong, stable Wi-Fi and backup for load shedding
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10 000,00 – R12 000,00 per month
