Remote Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote (SA time 3pm – 11pm)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 hours/day

Client: USA-based

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle tenant calls and emails, providing prompt and effective responses.
  • Coordinate with building superintendents to address maintenance and repair requests.
  • Assist the property manager with various administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Must have own laptop and stable WiFi connection.
  • Backup power solution for load shedding scenarios.
  • Tech-savvy and able to adapt quickly to new software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in property management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
