What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers via email, phone, live chat, and social media to address inquiries
  • Assist with orders, shipping details, product information, and return processes
  • Deliver high-quality, solution-driven responses as a daily standard

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus but not required
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • A solutions-oriented, adaptable attitude

Tech Requirements:

  • A personal computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor or its equivalent
  • Internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 15 Mbps
