What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers via email, phone, live chat, and social media to address inquiries
- Assist with orders, shipping details, product information, and return processes
- Deliver high-quality, solution-driven responses as a daily standard
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus but not required
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A solutions-oriented, adaptable attitude
Tech Requirements:
- A personal computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor or its equivalent
- Internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 15 Mbps
