🎥 Full-Time Creative Editor (Photo & Video)

We’re on the hunt for a versatile and creative full-time Photo & Video Editor to join our growing team! You’ll play a key role in supporting two dynamic areas of our business:

• Real Estate Photography Editing (Photo)
• Podcast & Social Media Content Creation (Video)

If you have a keen eye, strong editing skills, and love bringing visuals to life — this one’s for you.

🔹Your Role Will Include:

Photo Editing – Real Estate Client

• Editing and enhancing high-resolution property photos
• Colour correction, lighting adjustments, sky replacements, object removal
• Organising and exporting images for online listings and marketing use
• Using Lightroom and Photoshop with precision and speed

Video Editing – Podcast & Social Media

• Editing podcast episodes for YouTube and audio platforms
• Creating short-form clips for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Adding captions, overlays, transitions, and branding
• Repurposing content for different formats and audiences

🔹We’re Looking for Someone Who Has:

• Experience with Lightroom & Photoshop (required)
• Video editing experience with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• A strong portfolio (real estate photo edits + short video content)
• Knowledge of current social media video trends and what drives engagement
• High attention to detail, creativity, and fast turnaround skills
• A proactive attitude, strong time management, and a collaborative spirit
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
