Job Title: Business Networking Representative
Salary: R25,000 per month + sales commission
Working Hours: UK hours (transitioning to East Coast USA hours in the future)

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Networking Representative with a subtle, relationship-driven approach to networking and business development. This role is perfect for someone with a talent for building genuine connections, fostering new business opportunities, and managing a client pipeline without the need for a “hard-sell” approach. SaaS knowledge is a plus, but a soft and professional networking style is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Networking: Build and nurture strong relationships through active participation in weekly online networking meetings (e.g., BNI chapters).
  • Referrals: Identify opportunities to refer and receive business through research and collaboration, using tools like company databases and virtual assistant support.
  • Presentations: Create and deliver visually engaging presentations using Canva, aligning with the “Give is Gain” philosophy.
  • Pipeline Management: Organize and manage your client interactions and opportunities with professionalism and care.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to identify and pursue referral opportunities that benefit the broader network.
  • Representation: Represent our brand with friendliness, professionalism, and approachability to build rapport and trust naturally.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Experience in business networking or relationship-driven sales, preferably in a professional, collaborative setting.
  • A proactive yet gentle approach to building new business and managing pipelines.
  • Proficiency with Canva (or similar tools) to create compelling and on-brand presentations.
  • Excellent organizational skills to ensure consistent participation in weekly meetings and client follow-ups.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset aligned with the values of collaboration and shared success.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with networking organizations (e.g., BNI).
  • Experience collaborating with virtual teams for research and support.
  • Understanding of U.S. business culture and networking practices.
  • Previous exposure to SaaS products or industries.
