About the role

We’re seeking a motivated Cold Caller/Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and experience in engaging with individuals over the phone. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for winning. BIG PLUS if you believe that overseas talent succeeds in US based roles!

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Apollo, Orum, HubSpot to connect with prospects who have open positions to hire.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and solutions within CRM.
• Close 8 deals per month
• Schedule and run 10 meetings per week
• Make 100 Calls per day
• Manage the account as the account has additional hiring requirements.

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in similar roles such as sales representative, inside sales, cold caller within related industries such SMB sales, finance sales, insurance sales, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities. Individuals with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work remotely and meet sales metrics
• English Proficiency (C1 and up ONLY)
