As they continue their rapid expansion into the US market, they’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to take the lead in outreach, relationship-building, and pipeline growth.

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of the sales process, identifying high-value prospects, nurturing leads into sales conversations, and helping expand our client’s footprint in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the top of the sales funnel—identify, research, and connect with high-potential customers in the US market.
- Engage decision-makers through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, and cold calling) to create sales opportunities.
- Understand customer pain points and position the company’s solution as the must-have product for their needs.
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly targets for lead generation, sales meetings booked, and pipeline growth.
- Track and optimise outreach strategies, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain and manage lead data in the CRM—every interaction counts!
What You Need to Succeed
- 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or outbound prospecting (not call centre work).
- Proven ability to hit (and exceed) sales targets. You’re competitive, motivated, and relentless.
- Experience working with the US market—you understand the cultural nuances and sales strategies that resonate with US buyers.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills—you know how to start and guide conversations that lead to conversions.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outbound sales tech.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset. You take ownership, problem-solve, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or an engineering-related industry is a bonus!
