Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Salary: R30,000pm

Fully Remote -South Africa based.Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in the senior care solutions industry. This role is focused on generating new business, primarily within the US market. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who excels in outbound sales, builds strong relationships, and is not afraid to pick up the phone to drive revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely while making a meaningful impact in an expanding industry.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the US market.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with senior decision-makers.
- Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to ensure seamless handovers and follow-ups.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
- Adapt and refine sales strategies based on performance analytics and feedback.
Qualifications and Experience Needed:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Experience working in international markets, particularly the US, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a clear, understandable accent.
- Ability to ask the right questions to uncover client pain points and needs.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working on camera for virtual meetings and presentations.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a professional home working setup.
- Previous experience in SaaS, healthcare, or senior care solutions is beneficial but not essential.
