We currently serve businesses across the trades, real estate, and legal sectors in the UK market, helping them achieve outstanding results online.

We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing remote sales team. This fully remote role offers you the flexibility to work from home in South Africa and focuses exclusively on converting warm, inbound leads into satisfied, long-term clients.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Click Source, you will be the first point of contact for potential UK-based clients who’ve already expressed interest in our digital marketing services. You will conduct discovery calls, present our services effectively, and confidently close sales. No cold calling involved!

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Sales Management:

  • Engage exclusively with warm leads generated by our marketing activities.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to assess client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.

Lead Conversion and Closing:

  • Professionally manage inbound inquiries, providing clear explanations of our services to potential clients.
  • Successfully convert leads into long-term paying clients by effectively communicating value and benefits.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Nurture client relationships to build loyalty, repeat business, and upsell opportunities.

Reporting and Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate client information and sales activity using the company CRM.
  • Regularly update team leads on sales pipeline status and outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Sales Experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years of successful experience in telesales or inside sales roles.
  • Proven track record of closing deals via phone or virtual meetings.

  • Excellent Communication Skills:
  • Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly explain digital marketing products/services.

  • Results Driven and Motivated:
  • Strong self-discipline, motivation, and ability to hit sales targets in a remote environment.

  • Technical Competency:
  • Comfortable using CRM software, video conferencing, and digital tracking tools.

  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing:
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Local Service Ads, Google Screened, websites, branding) is advantageous but not essential. Training provided.
