🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lists and scripts
  • Engage, build rapport, and book appointments for our consulting and outreach teams
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in a tone suited to USA-based clients
  • Log call outcomes, maintain scheduling accuracy, and meet call/booking targets
  • Represent Bond & Vale with enthusiasm, professionalism, and purpose

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong verbal communication skills with platform-neutral tonality (especially for U.S. audiences)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
  • Experience in cold calling, customer service, or appointment setting is a plus
  • Must have a reliable phone and internet connection with backup for loadshedding time
  • Available during U.S.-aligned working hours (3PM–12AM SAST) (subject to change over daylight savings)
