Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Developer/Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to source out new clients and secure placement roles for our candidates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media.

· Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.

· Understand clients’ recruitment needs and requirements and effectively communicate how our services can meet their needs.

· Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to candidate placement.

· Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, including fee structures and contract terms when needed.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in an Excel Spreadsheet

Requirements:

· Proven track record in sales, with a focus on business development and client acquisition.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

· Highly motivated and target-driven.

· Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus but not required.

Salary Structure:

This position operates on a commission-only basis, with compensation based on successful placement of candidates. Commission rates will be discussed and agreed upon during the hiring process.
