What You’ll Do

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help improve business operations and strategic planning. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting market research and business analysis to support strategic decisions
• Analyzing company data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
• Evaluating business processes and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency
• Assisting in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
• Supporting the implementation of new business strategies and initiatives
• Collaborating with different departments to optimize workflows and business operations
• Providing insights on customer behavior, sales performance, and industry trends

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for analytical, strategic thinkers with a strong problem-solving mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide clear business recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus):

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and e-commerce analytics
• Understanding of financial modeling and forecasting
• Experience working with startups or fast-paced digital businesses
