Position: Remote Appointment Setter & Social Media Manager

Location: Remote (Based in South Africa, working for a UK company)

Industry: Property and Coaching

Salary: £650 – £1200 (to be discussed based of experience)

Work Model: Full time, Monday Friday, UK Hours (some late evening to fit in international clients)

Our client, a rapidly growing UK-based company in the property and education and mentorship programs for property professionals. They are looking for a Remote Appointment Setter & Social Media Manager to join their team.

Your Role:

  • Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media pages, engage with inbound messages, and interact with the community to build relationships and awareness.
  • Client Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure all communications are clear and helpful.
  • Appointment Setting: Qualify leads, book high-quality appointments, and manage the scheduling process to align with the sales and mentorship teams.
  • Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with followers, engage with the community, and respond to inquiries quickly and effectively.
  • Self-Management: Work independently, manage your time effectively, and ensure tasks are completed with high attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work later hours to accommodate meetings and business needs, as the company is in a growth phase and systems are still being implemented.

Your Skills & Attributes:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong communication skills and the ability to speak directly with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Self-Management: Ability to manage your own schedule, prioritize tasks, and work without constant supervision.
  • Good Response Time: Quick to react to inbound queries and efficient in booking appointments.
  • Consulting/Service Industry Experience: Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in consulting or service industries, is a strong advantage.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to be flexible and work later hours to align with business needs and meetings.
  • Social Media Management: Experience managing social media platforms and engaging with online communities.
