Remote Appointment Setter (South Africa-Based – Self-Employed)
Sports Physiotherapy Clinic
Part-Time | 3 Hours per Day | 5 Days per Week

We’re a growing sports physiotherapy clinic looking for a motivated, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant based in South Africa to work with us on a self-employed basis as an Appointment Setter.

Key Responsibilities

• Calling warm leads who have submitted their details via our social media ads but haven’t booked yet
• Re-engaging previous clients and encouraging them to book back in
• Following up with no-shows and cancellations to get them rebooked
• Keeping client records updated using our systems (Go High Level and Practice Hub)

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English (clear, friendly, and professional)
• Strong IT skills and confidence with software systems
• A quiet, professional home working environment with reliable internet
• A confident and warm phone manner
• Experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, or appointment setting is a bonus – but not essential

Working Hours & Pay

• 15 hours per week (3 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
• Self-employed role – you will invoice us monthly
• Competitive hourly rate – to be discussed based on experience
