Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations and Franchisee Support Co Ordinator
  • Manage daily operations for smooth processes
  • Oversee routine tasks and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide franchisee support via dedicated support desk
  • Act as intermediary between franchisees and franchisor
  • Facilitate clear communication and implement directives
  • Integrate with the internal team, aligning with company culture and goals
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Ensure transparency through CRM system and capture all the details
  • Conduct quarterly online audits Conduct or co-ordinate monthly training sessions
  • Laise with Marketing team to create training resources Organise ,
  • Review and improve processes and systems for efficiency
  • Manage queries and issues through CRM system
  • Ensure timely resolution and provide real-time visibility
  • Manage and attend monthly one-on-one sessions with franchisees
  • Conduct weekly HQ meetings for alignment
  • Requirements:Proven project management experience of at least 2 years
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and go-getter attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
