We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Insurance Brokerage Administrator to support our team in managing essential administrative tasks, client communications, and policy documentation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to handle multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
This is a fully remote role open to all living in South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to insurance brokers, assisting with documentation, data entry, and client communications.
- Process insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update client records and databases, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Handle inbound and outbound correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist with policy quotes and liaise with insurance providers to obtain necessary information.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for brokers and clients.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Support compliance procedures, ensuring adherence and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and general financial administration.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and compliance is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
