Hybrid Remote position:
**Key Responsibilities:** Not Limited to:
– Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
– Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation for inventory management.
– Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
– Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
– Fully knowledge on Xero Accounting
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
– Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: R8 000,00 per month
