We are a vibrant and welcoming team in the hospitality industry based in the UK, dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests. We’re on the lookout for a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant to join us remotely and help keep our operations running smoothly from anywhere.

We need a fantastic Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative tasks. If you have strong admin experience, a good educational background, and some accounting know-how, you could be just who we’re looking for! If you’re familiar with Xero accounting software, that’s a big plus.

Responsibilities:

– Answer phones, manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and keep our digital office organized.
– Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
– Help prepare reports and other important documents.
– Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff and executives.
– Support the accounting department with tasks like invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping.
– Use Xero accounting software for financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
– Handle confidential information with care.
– Provide excellent customer service to our clients, vendors, and team members.
– Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:
– Solid administrative experience, especially in the hospitality industry or a similar role.
– Bachelor’s degree or graduate-level education is a plus.
– Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
– Experience with Xero accounting software is a bonus.
– Good skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
– Great organizational and time-management skills.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Attention to detail and accuracy.
