Flexible hours of 100-120 per month,

with availability between 10am and 2pm or 1pm and 4pm CET Time

Salary: $625-$677 for 100-120 hours per month, based on experience

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative and Recruitment Assistant to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the digital marketing industry, while working remotely and assisting with various tasks – initially relating to recruitment.

Therefore, you should be a naturally engaging people person, love communicating and assisting candidates via email and Slack, and potentially be on hand for 1st stage interviews (but not essential to learn).

As part of a fast-paced environment, you will solely be responsible for assessing candidates within various stages and leading the process between 1st application and the final decision. It’s therefore necessary for you to have incredible organisational agility.

Note: We do not require typical recruitment responsibilities such as sourcing candidates (nor headhunting) or even interviewing. It’s the back-end administration we want someone to own completely.

There is the opportunity to grow into a full-time role (160-180 hours) beyond an initial period of engagement (3 to 6 months) and work in a range of fields including marketing, general virtual assistance, sales, client servicing, operations, HR, and general management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment as the key person between the Founder and Interviewer
  • Manage candidate databases and track recruitment progress through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare and send job offer letters, contracts, and correspondence to candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding and ensure all necessary documents are collected and processed.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings for various recruitment campaigns.
  • Perform administrative duties such as managing email correspondence, answering candidate queries, and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Support the team in ad hoc tasks related to recruitment campaigns and projects.
  • Other areas to assist in for periods where no recruitment is required include marketing, general virtual assistance, sales, client servicing, operations, HR and general management.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years minimum of experience in an administrative or recruitment role is essential
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Stable Internent connection, own laptop/PC, and a quiet place to work
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic HR processes and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English speaking and writing (this will be tested)
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
