360 Recruitment Consultant – Construction

💸 Monthly Salary : R30k – R45k + Commission

🕛 Working Hours: Full time, UK hours

Summary of role:

This a new, exciting opportunity to join a UK employment agency focussed on sales & recruitment within the Construction sector. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in new business development and recruitment for our UK based Client. This is a fully remote role.

Things you will be doing: 
Business Development
  1. New Business: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector.
  2. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  3. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  4. Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  5. Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
  6. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  7. CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using the agency’s CRM system.

Recruitment

    1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels and tools to proactively source and attract high-quality candidates within specified specialties.
    2. Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    3. Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including interview preparation, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding assistance.
    4. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term partnerships.
    5. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and provide strategic insights to clients.
    6. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyse recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction, to drive continuous improvement and meet performance targets.

Skills & Experience required: 

  1. Experience: Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in 360 recruitment, within the Construction/Engineering/Property sectors.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape, including market trends, candidate profiles, and competitive dynamics.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and clients effectively.
  4. Relationship Management: Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.
  5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and develop innovative solutions to overcome recruitment obstacles.
  6. Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
