About the role:
Role: (Internal) Sales Representative – South Africa
Work Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Eastern Standard Time (Example: Monday to Friday 9 AM – 5 PM EST)
Salary Range: US$ 1,200.00 – US$ 1,500.00 per month basic per month + Commission / Incentives

As a Sales Representative for Catena, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with professionals, and promoting our services. You will be working closely with our Marketing and Recruitment to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with professionals, including start-ups, Founders, and Executives.
  • Present and promote Catena’s services to potential customers via Email, Calls, Text blastings, etc.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns
  • End-to-End Sales

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales (Min of 3 years in the field)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Internal Tools such as Notion, Hubspot, and trackers
  • Hungry to make a difference
