ABOUT JOB
We are looking for a remote HR Generalist to work across our companies which primarily serve the UK Market with a global team based around the world.
- You will ideally have a relevant HR qualification
- At least 4 years experience
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Ideally experience working outside of the Phillipines in the US or UK Market
- Strong Recruitment Skills
- Be organised
- Be an effective communicator
- Have good multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Have good theoretical knowledge with practical experience
- Experience working in successfully growing organisations
- Experience recruiting and onboarding new staff
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage company HR portal
- Internal Recruitment, sourcing qualifying and Interviewing
- Maintain employee records
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Conduct exit interviews
- Contribute to the smooth running of the company HR functions
In return for your hard work and efforts you will receive:
- 10000 to 12000 pesos per month depending on experience.
- Holiday allowance of all UK bank holidays in addition to 25 days holiday every year.
