As our business continues to evolve internationally and towards exciting new audiences, we are seeking a Marketing Designer based in South Africa to join our tight-knit, fast moving marketing team (UK based).
We are looking for a candidate with a proven background in marketing design, who takes pride in their work and who can grow alongside our team.
Job brief
In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-converting, effective landing pages and marketing assets for our products. We work with high prestige brands such as NBA, WWE, Opta and Bundesliga, helping them to leverage their content in the mobile space. You will be the expert on producing designs which drive conversions to our subscription-based content.
General Responsibilities
- Graphic design of product landing pages which drive conversions across multiple countries.
- Optimisation of pages post-launch, tweaking designs as appropriate in order to increase conversion rates.
- Work within the marketing team, collaborating closely with developers.
- Liaise with other stakeholders as appropriate.
- Work on creative projects from concept design through to final execution.
- Work on leveraging content from our prestige brand partners such as the NBA and WWE.
Skills and Requirements
- Demonstrable experience designing landing pages designed to maximise conversions.
- Extremely detailed approach to creating layouts which convert at a high rate.
- Highly proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
- Proficiency and at least 3 years experience.
- Have a demonstrable portfolio of relevant previous work.
- Be a good communicator, able to work in a small but highly focused team.
- Understand the challenges of producing content for a mobile environment.
- Happy to work in a challenging but rewarding, fun, fast-moving environment.
