About the Role:

We are a UK-based company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Operative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and excellent organizational skills. As a remote worker, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for scheduling and managing appointments for our training days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our services.
  • Book, schedule, and confirm appointments for specific training days.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient timetable management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
  • Maintain and update customer records and appointment details.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in using computer software and online tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including every other weekend.
