About the Position

As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our team. You will manage diverse tasks, from lead generation and follow-up to assisting our team in administrative tasks. The ability to stay organized, be proactive and take on repetitive tasks is key, as it will enable our team to focus on strategic agency growth.

Responsibilities

  • Send proposals and follow-ups to qualified prospects.
  • Inbox management from outbound leads
  • Assist our delivery team in researching competitors, etc.
  • Helping the team stay organized by setting up tasks in ClickUp.
  • Participating in different side projects.
  • Assisting our Account Managers.
  • Gathering data in Google Sheets.
  • Being involved in different smaller projects in basically any area of the company (be willing to wear many hats).

Requirements

  • Availability for 40 hours/week and responsiveness during 15:00 – 18:00 GMT+1 Time (Mon-Fri).
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Experience in appointment setting
  • Familiarity with Slack, Clickup, and G-Suite.
  • Experience in remote work and comfort with repetitive tasks.
  • High attention to detail, quick learning, and adaptability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
  • Comfortable with CRM management and data handling in Google Sheets.
  • Facebook advertising experience is a plus.
